Do I need a new website?
Not always. If your current site is solid, Foundation can focus on the gaps, your Google profile, business-information consistency, and technical fixes, instead of a full rebuild. If a rebuild really is the fastest path, that gets scoped after the audit, not assumed up front.
Is this one package or several services?
Three packages that work as one connected system: Foundation, Visibility, and Lead Response. You can start with whichever one solves your most pressing problem and add the others when you’re ready.
What is included in the SEO audit?
Technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, your current rankings and indexed pages, keyword and location opportunities, backlinks and citations, competitor positioning, outdated content, and any conversion or analytics gaps. It’s included in Foundation, not sold as a separate report, and critical fixes get implemented as part of the build.
What is AI-search visibility?
It’s how your business shows up in AI-generated answers, like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, not just traditional search results. Clear business information, strong service descriptions, and real FAQ content improve your chances of being cited. No one can guarantee inclusion in any specific AI answer.
Can I keep my current phone number?
In most cases, yes, eligible numbers can be ported over. A new dedicated number is also an option if that fits your setup better. We sort out which makes sense during setup.
Does the system make pricing decisions?
No. Pricing, scope, scheduling exceptions, safety calls, sensitive customer situations, and whether to accept a job all stay with you. The system organizes, summarizes, and alerts. It doesn’t decide.
Who owns my website, phone number, and business data?
You do. Cliff Rock Labs builds and manages these on your behalf, but nothing is locked to a proprietary platform you can’t take with you.
What happens if I stop the monthly service?
You keep everything already built, your website, your Google profile setup, and any content already published. Ongoing work, like new content, Google Business Profile posts, and lead-response monitoring, stops until you restart.
Why are prices not displayed?
Every business starts from a different place. A number posted before we know your situation would either be padded to cover the unknowns or wrong for what you actually need. You get an itemized price after a short call, once we know what’s actually involved.
